The Police Posts (complete historical list) Project aims to compile a complete historical list of all the police posts of the RDC forces which eventually amalgamated into what we now know as the British Transport Police. It currently shows 291 locations.
The list shown below was compiled by Kevin Gordon in 2001, and was last updated in 2002. It does not take account of the research that has since been undertaken by the BTPHG in compiling the Constituent Forces Index or the Policing the Ports list. We hope to update and maintain it in due course, but for the moment it is presented in its original form.
